The Institution's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program helps you save taxes on the money you pay for uninsured health care or dependent care. With FSA you can set aside tax-free dollars in a special account to pay certain out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance that you now pay with after-tax dollars -- expenses such as deductibles, co-payments, dental check-ups, eye exams, and glasses. You can also use FSA for day-care expenses for children and disabled dependents.
