Carnegie's payroll department is located at the main office in Washington, D.C. If you have any questions about your paycheck, please first see the business office.
Paychecks are issued on the 15th of the month and the last day of the month. If either of these days falls on a weekend or holiday, you will receive your paycheck on the last work day before the weekend or holiday. Hourly employees must turn timesheets in to the business office on the payroll deadline date in order to receive their paychecks timely.
You are strongly encouraged to have your pay sent directly to your financial institution. Direct deposit is timely, more efficient, less prone to errors, and green, as paper checks are eliminated. To receive direct deposit, you must complete:
