All employees are paid twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of the month. Fellows are paid once a month on the last day of the month. A payroll schedule is available to determine the pay days.
You may select to have your pay check deposited directly into your checking/savings account by filling up the below form. Please check with your bank for the appropriate routing number for direct deposit.
Timesheets are for hourly employees and any salary employees with overtime, to be signed by employee and authorizing official.
To reissue a lost paycheck, contact your Business Manager or Alicia North at 202-939-1111 to request a new check.
